Privacy and cookie policy

Information about personal data and privacy settings on the 6G Group website.

Controller and contact details

The controller of personal data is 6G Group sp. z o.o., ul. Pijarska 113/4, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 1231350893, REGON 367151074, KRS 0000678945. For data protection matters, email office@6-g.pl or write to the registered office.

Data and purposes of processing

The website provides information. It does not offer user account registration, online sales or newsletter subscriptions. You can contact us by email or telephone. If you do, we process the contact details you provide, your correspondence and the information needed to handle your enquiry.

We handle enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest is communicating with you and conducting our business. Where contact concerns entering into or performing a contract with a natural person, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. We meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The server may process your IP address, request time, requested resource and technical browser information in server logs. This supports delivery of the website, security and fault diagnosis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Preferences, cookies and browser storage

We retain your privacy choice in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) for up to 180 days or until you delete it. This is a preference record needed to respect your choice, rather than an advertising tool.

Optional analytics scripts are off by default. Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to content. You can withdraw or change consent using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which loads only after your consent. The legal basis for processing statistical data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Statistics may include device and browser details, visited pages, interactions and approximate location. Google states that GA4 does not store individual IP addresses.

GA4 may set _ga and _ga_ cookies with the service identifier. This website configures these cookies to expire after a maximum of 180 days; your browser may shorten this period. Cookie lifetime is separate from the service’s data-retention period. This website does not use advertising personalisation or Google Signals.

For users in the EEA, the service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Its data-protection terms describe the safeguards: https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Maps and external links

Google Maps does not load automatically. Selecting “Load Google Maps” connects to Google and may transmit your IP address and technical details and set cookies under that service’s terms. Selecting “Get directions” opens the external Google Maps service.

Links to partners, catalogues and other websites lead to services managed by their respective owners. Their own privacy policies apply after you visit those sites.

Recipients and transfers

Providers of hosting, email, IT support, accounting and legal services may access data to the extent needed for their services, as may authorities empowered by law.

When Google services are activated, data may be transferred outside the EEA under the terms and safeguards described by the provider. We do not claim that using external services means processing takes place only in Poland or the EEA.

Retention periods

We retain correspondence for the period needed to handle the matter, then to the extent required by legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend claims until the applicable limitation periods expire.

Server logs are retained for the period determined by the hosting configuration and security requirements. You can request details of the applicable period at office@6-g.pl. Privacy preferences are stored for up to 180 days. Where analytics is active, retention of user and event data depends on the service settings; current configuration details are available on request.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies in the circumstances specified in Article 20 GDPR.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office: https://uodo.gov.pl/. To exercise your rights, contact office@6-g.pl.

Voluntary provision and automated decisions

Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but without contact information we may be unable to answer your enquiry. Consent to analytics is voluntary.

On this website we do not make decisions about you producing legal effects based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

Typography: Adobe Fonts

The Soleil typeface is provided by Adobe Fonts via https://use.typekit.net/sdg7jrj.css. When you open the website, your browser connects to Adobe servers to download the stylesheet and fonts. The provider receives the IP address needed to deliver the files and may process technical information, including the website hostname, project identifier and fonts used.

Adobe states that its website font-delivery service does not set cookies and does not retain the IP address received to deliver the font. The service supports consistent presentation of the website; the controller’s legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information about processing and potential international transfers: https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policies/adobe-fonts.html and https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policy.html. To object, contact office@6-g.pl.
